News
Please make sure that
you are aware that the start time for
this year’s dinner is
earlier than usual and if you are attending
then you need to
arrive there at 7.pm

With less than a week to the
annual dinner, your suggestions for the
season’s champagne moment and
also your votes for the
caption competition need to be registered via the website
by
midnight, Sunday 7th
November.
With two
weeks to go, the current leader of the caption competition
is CAPTION
D with some 50% of the votes. Register your vote by visiting the website,
and
if you want to suggest your own caption then send it in.
Several more
entries have been sent in for the caption competition.

for an individual, group of individuals or team. It can be for a
moment of brilliance,
stupidity etc etc or can be a build up to a

along with a menu and booking form which can be be printed out.

Annual Dinner
The date for the annual dinner has been set for Friday 12th
November 7pm at RSRE Club.
Further details will follow in due course. Watch this space as
numbers will be needed swiftly
and menus etc will be posted here.

COACHING
COURSES
We have been given details of Level I cricket coaching courses
which will be running
from November 2004.
For any club member interested in attending the course, particularly
those
who volunteer their services on Wednesday evenings, the cost
of the course would be
HEAVILY subsidised. Spaces
are limited and the course is filling up quickly and therefore
rather than post full details here, if anyone is interested
then they should initially contact Robin via
email or the normal telephone numbers as
soon as possible.
Join The GYM – note to all members.
Steve Metcalfe has again negotiated very special terms for all
members of The Green
at Planet Fitness. Brief details are as follows:-
We need at least 10 new members,
The cost will be £20.00 each per month on
direct debit ,
(first payment to be £40.00 but the month of
cancellation will be free).
This is for a full membership with no joining
fee.
Metty is planning one night in the week to be a
club thing where we can all have the “crack” and
maybe a tasty rehydrating drink in the club on the way home.
